I got to spend a little time with a newborn baby girl last night. Took some cute wee hats that I had quickly knitted up for her — but sadly they were too big! She is so SO SO tiny, and her wee head just wasn’t big enough for the normal size hats that I typically make.
What was cuter — her older sister that was bound and determined to get the hats on her head. They were WAY too small for her noggin, but she tried over and over again.
Plan of attack — make a few bigger size hats for the older sister and a few tiny tiny size hats for the baby sister. Once that is done, she is the perfect baby model — I can’t wait.
